To leave means to move, but it also means to divide oneself. To separate, to part. One piece here, the other there. A fragment before the border and another beyond. To leave means including the Elsewhere inside, and yet still carry our whole and indivisible identity with us. Sounds have no border, they can’t be contained, detained. Sounds travel by joy and discovery. They overlap, they layer up and become embedded, get mixed: shapes and patterns, backgrounds and drawings, accidents and projects, rhythms and melodies. Silence does not exist while travelling, because light is a frequency too.
